Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

  • Other Governorates: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier load, or public holidays.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp with the courier and tracking details (if available).


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery is available across Egypt. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided address.
If the order is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect information, you may be charged for reshipping or the delivery fee.


Delivery Address

Please ensure that the address, phone number, and all delivery details provided are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Dukhon Saudi Arabia is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@dukhonsaudiarabia.com or call us on +20 109 672 7918 so we can coordinate with the courier company.
Please keep all packaging materials and items to support the claim process.
